Yes, it's true, I've been away forever.... it was a busy time, a good time: we finally moved! So hello again!

And now I found it – the most wonderful blog ever! MANGER by Mimi Thorisson. Just everything I love is united, cooking, baking, France, art, creativity....... in a way I can't imagine more captivating.......... an intoxication of beauty.

Yesterday I made the Calvados Apple Tart (image above), a delight – and it works perfectly.

WALK IN

A new week..... another Monday, not really my day, so at least I usually cook something good. Why not something out of Kochhaus, a Walk-In-Recipe-Book! There are several stores in Germany – I haven't been there, but it looks like a cute idea! Have a good Monday!
